By accessing and engaging with the Airport Auxiliary website, you are bound by the rules, regulations, and guidelines outlined herein.
2. PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Passengers are responsible for contacting relevant individuals if changes to travel plans may affect meeting times. Immediate communication is necessary for additional services. A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or changes to the provided travel date. Notification is essential for large bags that may not fit in the VIP chauffeur-driven vehicle. Adequate time should be allowed for formalities to avoid delays. Early meetings are recommended for VAT reclaims. Passengers must ensure they have the required travel documents.
3. CANCELATIONS & CHANGES / SERVICES
Cancellation of bookings more than 24 hours before the scheduled flight time results in a full refund or a credit for future bookings. Within 24 hours of the scheduled flight time, full charges apply for cancellations. Changes made 24 hours prior to the service are free of additional charges. Changes within 24 hours may incur extra fees, and if they significantly impact our operations, full charges may apply. No-shows will be charged in full. Airport Auxiliary charges additional fees for services before 7:00 AM or after 10:00 PM and on major national holidays. Any service exceeding a 2-hour period incurs extra fees.
4. GENERAL
Airport Auxiliary does not assume responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during service use. Clients cannot utilize Airport Auxiliary to bypass official checks like security and immigration. Fast Track availability is time-specific, and passengers may require appropriate class access. Airport Auxiliary is not accountable if passengers are denied access to lounges, check-in, or boarding. Terms and conditions may be changed by Airport Auxiliary, with updates available on request and posted on our website. Airport Auxiliary is not liable for unforeseen charges resulting from missed flights or denied access.
